The Budapest Centre releases its Roundtable report on “Hate speech: the role of new in the prevention of mass atrocities”.

The reports takes in account the conversations and findings discussed during an event organized by the Budapest Centre, in cooperation with one of its founders, the Central European University, where the representatives of academia and policy makers discussed and explored the role of new media in the prevention of mass atrocities.

The roundtable was the Pre-event of the 5th Budapest Human Rights Forum that took place on the 8th and 9th of November 2012 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Hungary.
