Occasional Papers is a series a short position papers authored by people working in close collaboration with the Budapest Centre. The series might also include position papers by authority figures from academia, diplomacy, or policy who support the work and the views of the Centre and consequently want to share their views through this platform.
Although based on the personal expertise of the author(s), these papers are not of academic nature and reflect personal views rather than the outcome of a completed or ongoing research project.
The Occasional Papers series is not open to unsolicited submissions.
